Refund policy
We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Report any damaged or faulty items within 3 days of delivery. Provide photos to help us assess the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund if the claim is valid.
Note: Claims for damaged items made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you order the wrong size, return shipping costs are your responsibility for exchanges. To avoid this, please measure your pet as per the product description before ordering.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
